U10 & U13 will compete on Saturday 6 March and U11 & O13 will compete on Sunday 7 March.
Please download the entry form. Your entry form must have your affiliation number on it.
Money should be sent by post and should not arrive later that 7th October. Cheques are to be made out in £s. Please ensure you follow the rules about money arriving in two separate cheques otherwise it makes the banking system very awkward.
NB All entries to be sent to LINDA MCNALLY at THE BRITISH SCHOOL OF BRUSSELS and not to Wycombe Abbey.
NB Automatic entry is promised to a school with an affiliation number that enters (on or before 30th September) an age group eg U11 where they competed last year and finished in the TOP 10.
If you want to enter and do so on time but either did not compete in that age group last year or finished below the top 10 you just have to wait for confirmation of whether you have an assured place or whether you must attend the GISGA 2 PIECE competition . Doing well in the 2 PIECE competition on 29th November will win you your place in March GISGA. This all depends on how many schools enter March GISGA and how many wish to take up their assured places. If only 16 teams or less apply then all 16 will make it into GISGA without having to qualify.
Qualification for March GISGA
If you are not sure whether you automatically qualify for March GISGA or the U9 competition please check the results from GISGA 2009 here on the website. The top 10 from 2009 go automatically into 2010 unless they choose not to enter. All other teams need to attend Novice 2 piece on Nov 29th at Port Regis unless 16 or fewer teams apply for places at GISGA 2010.
