14th September is the last date to ensure that your affiliation number gets back to you in time for the 30th September March GISGA deadline. Anyone applying after 14th September may risk not receiving an affiliation number in time.

Please download the form and send it to Stuart to arrive on or before 14th September. Your affiliation number must be on your application form for March GISGA and Under 9s for your application to be accepted.
